Our living area boasts a comfortable queen-sized memory-foam sleeper sofa, large smart TV, DVD player, and other furnishings provided with your comfort in mind. The well-stocked kitchen features granite counters, Shaker-style cabinets, stainless sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher, subway tile back splash, smooth-top self-cleaning range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. Also provided are serve/cookware, Keurig Duo coffee maker (pot and k-cup), toaster, and plenty of storage for your groceries. The hallway has two bunks with extra safety rails for the children. The bath features ceramic fixtures and tile; the master bedroom has tv, a queen bed with premium Posturepedic foundation for your comfort, a closet with ample hangers, luggage rack, and shelves to store your things. We have tried to anticipate your every need -- a hairdryer in the bath, an iron and board for touch ups before a night on the town, blankets for that occasional chilly night, and a deck box on the balcony filled with beach chairs, an umbrella, and children's toys. Summary: Condo is clean , convenient and close to everything . This was our second stay at this unit and will definitely return . Nicely decorated and comfy . This is also a very safe gated community.

Summary: We were so delighted to find Dell and Andrea’s place. It was perfect for our family. The beach was so close and we went everyday. The resort was nice and easy to navigate. We enjoyed all the personal touches that were at in the rental. I loved the railing on the top bunk. It was one of the reasons we chose this unit. The perfect place to rest from our busy days on the island. I would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This property is a great location, can’t beat it! The unit itself is clean and the owners were very nice and provided great recommendations. If you have asthma or other breathing issues though this is not for you. This whole property has moisture/mold issues. Even the hallways smelled. I haven’t had an asthma attack in 20 years. When we notified the owner he quickly responded and let us know he would be having the unit tested which is all we could ask.

Summary: Our stay was perfect! The place was super clean and well supplied. We were supplied with Dove products in the bathroom and there were more than enough towels. Dell was very conscientious and great to deal with. Thanks for a terrific time.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Villa and the grounds that surround the area Been coming to Hilton Head for 20 plus years Beach & Tennis is always our go to place . Never disappointed with our stays there.The host was wonderful !! We'll Be Back !!

Summary: Loved this cozy condo ! Perfect for a couple or small family . Very Very clean and comfy with thoughtful touches throughout. Close to the beach and restaurants and shopping . We have stayed several times at this complex. Very safe and easy to get around . We liked this unit so much we have already rebooked for Spring Break !!

Summary: We had a great time at this property. It was very quiet, very clean, and updated. We didn't experience any issues. It was very easy to get in and out of, and I liked that they had a security guard to get in and out. It has a fully functioning kitchen and they have pots and pans. The island was perfect for our family to play card games on. My only suggestions would be black out curtains in the bedroom and thicker pillows. I'm sure we will be back!
